SierraBooks Invoices features a secure, web-based Standalone Estimate Portal that enables your clients to review, interact with, and sign proposals directly from any web browser on their mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer.

Clients do not need a SierraBooks account or the mobile app installed to view and sign their estimates.

Using this secure online portal:

• Review Details: Clients see a professionally rendered, interactive estimate listing itemized lines, quantity rates, company contact details, and the total balance.

• Approve & Accept: With a single tap, clients can officially accept the proposed estimate.

• Online E-Signature: Integrates a responsive, touch-friendly signature canvas pad allowing clients to sign directly with their finger or mouse.

• Decline: Clients can decline estimates if modifications or revisions are required.

Real-Time Cloud Synchronization

As soon as a client approves, declines, or signs an estimate on the portal: 1. The Estimate Status instantly transitions (e.g., to Accepted or Declined) in the cloud. 2. A Real-Time Notification is triggered. 3. The next time you open SierraBooks Invoices on your mobile device, the status and the digital signature will automatically synchronize back to your local ledger!

How to Share the Portal Link

1. Open SierraBooks Invoices.

2. Double-tap on any Estimate to open its details.

3. Tap the Share or Email icon.

4. Copy or send the generated standalone portal URL directly to your client via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
